Shannon Castillo is the Chairman of the Johnson City Development Authority Board of Commissioners.  An active member since 2019, she also serves on all committees per JCDA by-laws. Shannon is a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Mitch Cox Realtor, Inc. and a downtown small business owner. She serves as the Chairperson of Visit Johnson City, the City's CVB organization, and previously served on the boards of the United Way and the Blue Plum Organization. Her efforts, as a professional and volunteer, support the vitality of the downtown district and the city at large.
